...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It was a nice experience at efcee sarovar premere bhavnagar i worked there for 6 years and learned many things

Won’t say i dislike but salary should be increased if someone works for more than 5 years

The management is standing with us in this critical situation. They are helping us in each term like in fooding and salary. That's my honor to be a part of sarovar hotels.

I get emotional with this company as they have helped me in every situation and still they stand for me. There is no single point to dislike this company. Everything is up to the mark but there is no much staff to handle the operations.

I like the staff whom I am managing otherwise hotel culture and salary packages are so so.

There are lot of things. Commence with the mgmt. not good at all. No learning for juniors even for seniors. Although, you have to learn everything by yourself and have to grow.

Nothing, just left all the employees on the road, no information passes by hotel's management to managers, executive s, just stay at home, no salary not even asking for health, family updates. Real pathetic.

Dislikes

Waste of time to work here after toiling hard to improvise their business. No insurance provided, so if you are sick your entire years salary goes in treatment in hospital. Get your own insurance, guys.
