Management, frequent transfers from one store to another. official working hours are 10.5 hrs which is against labor laws. overtime on weekends, no appreciation from managers. employee treatment is not fair. lot of politics.

This company doesn't have anything to like, Here its hire and fire culture. Management wants them you to contribute for them in millions in few days of your joining, If not they just talk about firing and resignation in every meeting or call.

Dislikes

They don't pay 15 days salary , they inform after you join. Top Management sits and fools owners and keep firing low level employees When i left royaloak after serving my full 30 days notice, they didnt pay my settlement money. I begged for 2 months , then they shared some money, still they have to give me 33,000 its more then 7 months now. i have lost hope. HR team is used as goons to not pay employees. I suggest people to work in swiggy and zomato , then work here.

Not much because no one support here and they always transfer the duty to other person to be free the don't thing to help and resolve

... the product. Their us no good increment if we get them don't get that on basic. No company can decrease basic salary is they aren't increasing but this company do. I don't know why
