You are expected to rcv calls at 5 am from boss. Treat you like a slave, Every week reports n you are abused publicly. Owner driven company. They hire 3 ppl for 1 role n fire 2 ppl within 30 days. Absolutely no clarity of thought. Every week new rules.

Worst company they will Suck your blood and when you do good job Noone will appreciate it. There is no growth if your in low level like executive you will be in same position for 5 Yeats.no promotions

Initially my role is management trainee after 15 days they promoted me as a catagory manager in Home decor catagory . The work experience is well and good and from my reporting manager (Mr Anil )I got good support in every where. Thank you royal Oak

After sales , service not good, staff is not follow of the customer probloms , after billing staff and management customer probloms not solved, customer side any problems comes they will not properly responding, service review is very low..
