nothing. dont trust them. graphic designer stay away from them

Dislikes

the dont have the capacity to pay salary. they only waste time by calling designers. they write 40 to 45k salary but they do not have the capacity to pay more than 25k and want work for free in the name of task. when the task done their words change

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
