Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, & we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them setp-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The thing which I like in royal Enfield that when any riders come in my workshop and when I attend him and the satisfaction of the rider gives me goosebumps for my job as my job is related with customer interaction so I supposed that when I resolve different kind of different people this is the thing I like very much
