Only the things I liked was casual dressup culture. Sometimes you will get a boss who is completely dull compared to you and lesser qualified (not even graduate) than you. This will help you to give various "golis" to your boss.

Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Once they will came to know that u are searching for jobs they will start torturing you by cutting you variable pay without any appraisal discussion. Travel policy is terrible. You will not get proper reimbursement or limit for travel.

Employees who joined the company before 5 years and more needs to be considered for salary correction as per the current market standards.
