New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ... Royal Enfield where I am working is not that good which I was expected from it. And the salary is also not decent, if a reach showroom by 5 to 10 min late they cut the halftime salary.

Job Sercurity is not ther as of now. Management getting worse in terms of people management. Few of the company policies are good but not for Employees.

Dislikes

Decent salary but no growth, no recognitions at all, only work goes on, no life. They keep you engaged from 9am - 8pm as it is WFH, they think people might be enjoying in working hours. Unproductive concalls.
