...flatform and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of a politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...itics was the main role which places much and it won't allow us to move forward. And the second one the salary,not suitable for your working. Finally the career growth,the dealership won't allow us to get more training and also won't support us to become an employees at the production side.

...hips harassed their employes which causes overall performance of the executives.Royal enfield should take actions to these type of dealers who harrased their executives for not giving proper salary,incentive and other stuffs.
