Only the things I liked was casual dressup culture. Sometimes you will get a boss who is completely dull compared to you and lesser qualified (not even graduate) than you. This will help you to give various "golis" to your boss.

Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Once they will came to know that u are searching for jobs they will start torturing you by cutting you variable pay without any appraisal discussion. Travel policy is terrible. You will not get proper reimbursement or limit for travel.

Vision for the Service Market Share is invisible. Targets doesn't gets finalized till the end of the Year. There is no proper Logical KPIs. Senior Management shows a Good Visionary Targets but Roll-Out & Execution Plan is missing every Year.

Management very worst always torturing who is seriously working and salary very worst even no incentive and managers very very very worst pls don't come here and no growth nothing and politics r full pls go another job

...flatform and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of a politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...erience All over one of the best, But Dealership didn't support to your starf I am Working last 6 year, But last 3 year not increase my salary ! And onthere not a career growth To This dealership ( Krishna Wheels Naroda Ahmedabad ) !
