The management is pathetic. No salary for months after months and still they perceive a don't care atttude. No respect for employees at any level. Go for other companies.

... management process is very unstable.. every day everything is getting changed.. Salary dues for at least 3-4 months.. It's terrible condition to run a family without a single penny.

Every thing is worst in the company. I want to give negative rating. Noone is suggested to engage here. It is a toxic environment when writers are treated with extreme mental pressure. I feel totally depressed here.

...ressurize all the employees inhumane way and forces to work with baseless rules. If anyone take any leave suddenly, they deduct salary for two days. Don't provide Salary properly at proper time. Toxic mentality is used by them to increase pressure over writers so they resign in the middle time to get relief. They don't provide Salary at the time of resignation. One more addition, recruitment process is occured through Xavier's consultancy. The consultancy demand 6000 rupees if anyone get chance in Royal research. Royal Research provides salary for first 2months properly so that their business policy is maintained with Xavier's consultancy. It is a incoming and outgoing flow. They recruit freshers every day. Once new writers are joined, old writers are harrassed in several ways so that they resign automatically.

...ng date but i was unable to join on those particular days due to my own problem. Also they kept my salary in hold for the month of May and it is still not determined when they would pay me upto the date i have served the company. I am quite disappointed with huge working pressure at the company and a particular task is sent for rework or redo for number of times which i think quite irrelevant for an employee to work upon. The employee is not given to prepare write ups based on their qualification, they are given tasks from random fields as a result it sometimes seem to me quite herculous to perform the task at the office. Daily word target of 3500 and that too on a topic which is absolutely beyond the field of knowledge and experience of a writer, it sometimes seem to me quite difficult to sustain the job there, truly speaking...!!

Huge work pressure of word target 3500, overtime work no holiday on saturday, irrelevant topics were given the writers which sometimes stay beyond their field of knowledge and expertise.

This company has provided me a chance to improve my knowledge in a diverse range of subjects and also has allowed me to increase my software knowledge including SPSS, MS project, MS office, MS visio another different online tools including canva, draw.io, and many more. Moreover, I have also got a chance to improve my academic skills including English writing, enhancement of vocabulary, and structuring different projects on the basis of job requirements. Overall, this one year experience has highlighted some of my skills that were not been found by me in my academic career.

Dislikes

Improper management and decisions that I have been forced to make are the key factors of my dislikeness. At the same time, during the lean season dispatch takes too long and in some of the times I have got the salary of first month in the third month or later due to less cash flow in this company.
