I am having very bad experience to working with royal caribbean.
Sorry but this is true.
During inspection management makes too much drama.
Every management people think bigshot to himself.
No body think about crew members.
Every time they need work thats it
I am really upset with company for this reason.
I have a lot to learn in RCL. I also learned a lot from RCL. The atmosphere there is great. My father died at the age of 49. I was very depressed. By going there, I learned to live life in a new way. rcl has given me a new life.
...ant to be the first employee of RCL. Who will not work for himself but for RCL. That too without salary. Is there any such employee in the company? My passion is to work in Rcl. If the company still does not give me a chance, then the company is requested to delete my account. There is nothing left in my life, I have decided that I will commit suicide. Because I don't have any other way. It's been a week since I've been sitting in the airport parking lot. No one is mine in this world, even I don't know when was the last time I ate food. This is the hope every day. The company should call me and give me one last chance. I am ready to work without salary. I want to be the first employee of RCL who work without money. If the company still doesn't take me. So I am also very upset with my life. I have also lost my desire to live. If my dream of working in RCL is shattered then it is not right for me to live.
Please give me one chance to work. I will never break the rules of the company. There is no one in my family except my two sisters. I want to marry him. My father was there till now, but since his untimely death, there is no one in my family except two sisters in this world. Please give me a chance to handle I can work in any situations. Today I am here crying so it is the kindness of the Indian people. The company does not give me salary, I can work in those positions. And I won't have any problem. I had evidences. But I never complained about those people. Because I know that I have lost my parents. Like these people were doing to me. A day will come when God will definitely punish these people for their actions. Please I have made a mistake, I have got the punishment for it. From now on, I will not do any work for which I will have to suffer later. I am sorry for my mistakes please give me a chance. If my company does not give me salary as a punishment, I will also become a responsible person and will do my duty well. I will not regret that I am not getting salary because I never worked for salary. I took the job because I want to learn a lot. I also want to achieve a position in this company. This is my request to you please give me a chance to work. After the departure of my father, I was very depressed, at that time I got this platform to forget my past. I don't want to be disappointed in life again. RCL gave me the courage to move on from that pain. I have become very weak. I can't even go home now. I know that if I go home from Delhi, my sister will start crying a lot. His hope is please on me. I never want to break the trust of my sisters. That's why I have stopped at the bus stand near the bus airport. Please give me another chance to work please. I don't want money, I just want to work. please forgive me. Please give me an opportunity to work.
I am writing to you today with a heavy heart, as I am aware that I have violated the company's alcohol policy, and I am at risk of losing my job. I want to start by apologizing for my actions and taking full responsibility for the mistake that I made.
I understand that the alcohol policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all crew members and passengers onboard, and I completely respect that. However, I must admit that I made an error in judgement and drank more than the allowed limit of alcohol on a recent occasion.
I want you to know that this was a one-time mistake, and I deeply regret it. I have always been committed to upholding the values and standards of this company and have worked hard to ensure that all passengers have an enjoyable and safe experience onboard.
As you may know, my job is incredibly important to me, and it has been a dream come true to work for Royal Caribbean International. I have dedicated my time and energy to this company and have always strived to do my best.
I understand that my mistake may have caused some concern and disappointment, but I ask for your forgiveness and understanding. I promise to learn from this experience and ensure that it never happens again.
I would be extremely grateful if you could reconsider terminating my employment and give me a second chance. I am willing to undergo any necessary training or counseling to ensure that I am fully aware of the alcohol policy and that I adhere to it strictly moving forward.
I hope that you can see how much this job means to me and how committed I am to the success of this company. I am willing to do whatever it takes to prove myself and regain your trust.
I did many mails in RCL and said give me opportunity for job but they did not listen to me. I made a mistake, I am ready to work in RCL without salary. I had my dream, don't break it. I don't want salary, I will work without salary. I have my dreams, don't break them. After that I gave 3 interviews in which I was selected but I was not taken again. I am ready to work in any environment. I am sorry for my mistake. I have my mother and two sisters in my house, we are not married yet. I am the only one with the responsibility of the family. Jagdish Morgan is responsible for this, I have gone into a lot of depression after leaving the job. And the chef is Vinod. Please give me a chance to work. I don't want to make any mistake now. Where no one can do the work, I will work there with full responsibility.
Sincerely,

One of the best company in the whole cruise line industry. The main good thing I liked about this company is their crew culture/environment. Best company ever. I really thanks to god that I got ab opportunity to work here.
