Terrible work culture in India unit. No care for employee's health due to excessive stress. Company is not able to meet annual targets leading to frequent changes. Unethical practices prevalent within leadership team related to taking benefits from vendors. Firing without providing reason and employee exits is a norm leading to super high attrition. No fixed work timings followed

Finance controller is not supportive, they do not clear my f&f, reimbursement, and other dues. Before this finance controller all are good in the company but Ruchit is very shameless person in the company. They are not paying proper tax and many frauds in this company.

The company is very good atmosphere to work , our products are no 1 in this field, i left my job for my family problem if i get another chance i like to join once again for kolkata market.

Products price are bit high and my posting in North - East market that's why products damage is high. work pressure is very high i wont get too much support from my senior.
