Work life balance is a term you will find here, good management, employee friendly company , culture is good, sitting 24*7 is not recommded you are encouraged to build networks and side co curriculars, various sessions on employee wellbeing, sessions for everything, experts talk on every kind of wellbeing, good company for long term stay. UK syconment options were there initially but after covid phase it's ok hold , but lot of opportunities to collaborate with UK, internal career fairs

Dislikes

Hikes in salary are average, promotions are a long race thing here, initial package is good but, bonus is not that attractive. Monetary growth is very average.

RBS is a great workplace for freshers, those people who wants to start their career in the UK banking operations. As a freshman a person wants job security, great learning and work-life balance, and TBS gives you everything.

Dislikes

One things, I personally don't like about RBS is the growth perspective. For freshers it's good but for experience staff, RBS isn't the place where you get the best pay scale for sure. I also depends upon the domain you are working in but my personal experience is in operations, and pay isn't good in Operations.

No pickup facility available from home but you will get shuttle facility from metro station! Less bonus and yearly increment

Work life balance. You will have an easy shift here. No over Times. Managers Will encourage you to take Your vacations. None will stop you from taking leaves or leaving without stretching in work.

Dislikes

Very poor hike. Promotion is a forgotten thing here. No on-site opportunities too.
