Work culture is very good & helpful.. It's a perfect working place for freshers Mechanical engineer & Electrical engineer. Form here a fresher can gain a huge knowledge about EOT & HOT Crane.

There is some casualties in administrative management & also safety management.. salary is decent but career growth is low.

After covid joined to work , to learn and work in field related manufacturing company.something I sarcastically like about this company is that they take you for some specific department and then sudden you're burdened with whole lot of things to look at. Like their egoistic behavior as well.

Dislikes

they don't provide any formal joining or leaving mail / letter. Work culture is very poor,they hire anyone anytime similarly they can remove you any time without any prior notice. They first take employee to look after one thing then after months burden employee with many other things to look after. To the point where engineers have to look after their a-z problem like their room buildings ( no department or management at all). They don't provide any work certificate even if you had worked for more than 5yrs. Young engineer to them are like labor to work under their egoistic owner of the company. Totally uncertain environment.coming to the manufacturing, their communication is crap, blaming every employee for any occurring problem.the crane manufactured are of average quality.
