Rockwool India is a growing organization in India. We can't say it is well settled but all are working with all efforts to achieve the best in each year. They have best plant head who is trying to implement best working cultural. As per my knowledge anyone can join who is having best to knowledge of their own proceeds . There is full scope of implementation of your ideas.

Job security zero, overnight you may ask to go inspite of good performance . Local management get thier own incompetitive people and hunt good employees. it create lot negative with employees, so no good employee stay back .
