Company was supported me very well first 6 months then I had some family issues and couldn't come to work right time so company decided to terminate me without any end of service and I'm trying to come back to work but company said no. I'm struggling with financial problems with family and kids. I was totally collapsed please try to do something and me and my family. If you take any action really appreciated. Like promotion if you are working as Derrickman for so many years the next promotion should me asst driller but I saw Rowan rig u have to become crane operator first then only u will get asst driller job.
