Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Almost nothing you can like about working here, work environment is hell and so are the people you deal with

Dislikes

Salary that you work for you don't get paid for it'll be pending for months, you get overworked, have to handle work related calls and finish work that isn't actually finished for sake of monthly ending progress etc, a tons of fake complaints you have to register because the owner of service center is very greedy and selfish, loves to earn money without doing anything, and actually works on 3/10 of the real complaints that arrive, ignoring and closing the other ones anyway
