Everything from the start is wrong. There is no job security. They can throw out anyone anytime on the name of cost cutting and most importantly company does not have any profit making business.

If you're over 50, this is one of the best organizations to work for.

1. It's a wellbeing company, yet they seem to care the least about your mental wellbeing. 2. Most of the work is confined to planning sheets, with little focus on actual implementation or end user feedback.

There is nothing to like about this company. it is a total red flag. The owner is like a sheep herder and the entire organization just like sheep move in the direction he requests which is left, right, centre etc any place.

Everything. the leadership is nonsense. there is no goal and revenue. all the people don't know what they are doing there

Accounts Finance Managers are very soft spoken and interview will take very softly nd ask general questions and you will crack the interview easily but when you wil join this company..Then Khela will start.they will do mentally tourcher you for work. They gave you pending works for which is done by them or past employees pending work.accouting Software is poor.nothing can be improve.US will handle the software..all works are manual. So life will be hell.No life for family.Saturday and Sunday off but you will do the office work forcefully.. if you don't love your life and family then can take the risk and join the company. All Managers are from lala companies.they do not know how to work.too many work trackers have to follow up.Core accounts work so far away.

Culture, show-off, fake news, less creative people are working on higher designation, inappropriate work flow and lots more
