The main thing is there is no respect as your boss can shout on you in front of workers and not only your HOD different department HOD also shout on you and also the unit head. It seems like that everyone is in wait for your mistake to get the opportunity to shout on you

The work pressure is too much.sometime I have work 12-18 hours in a day I have handled to all plant maintenance,utility section, vendor,team,calls, meetings etc it's so exciting & much much discussting.i have no more of my family or friends

Work life balance is good but no job security, you could be fired at any time. Very less trainings scheduled for employees. Very less increments and promotions.

Ye wo admi ha jo kuch nhi jante aagr aaj ens koi technical me kuch puch le to ye electrician bne layak be nhi ha. i don't no how to make manager only tel Pani chlata ha wha pe no respect your work.
