...logistic leader there is no cabin or chair to sit they have to work by standing. Salary was also less for GET but now they increase the salary for GET. The main thing is there is no respect as your boss can shout on you in front of workers and not only your HOD different department HOD also shout on you and also the unit head. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
