Overall environment is very positive. My family member was hospitalized, but I never got any issues in getting time off from work. I love the coffee machine.

Dislikes

I thnk the processes can be more streamlined. We have to manually fill in the trackers, but some of it can be better automated if we use a better CRM platform.

I like the transparent communication. If I have any idea, they support me in implementing them. Clear policies for appraisals and promotions. Also, occasional freebies from my manager.

Dislikes

I would prefer to wear PJs at work. Instead of the hybrid model, I would prefer getting a work from home.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
