I thnk the processes can be more streamlined. We have to manually fill in the trackers, but some of it can be better automated if we use a better CRM platform.

I like the transparent communication. If I have any idea, they support me in implementing them. Clear policies for appraisals and promotions. Also, occasional freebies from my manager.
