Work from home option was good. Some freedom of work was apprciated.

Dislikes

It was 6 days working, no fun nothing to rejoice about environment. Salary was very ordinary. No incentives made it worse. There were no marking strategy ir marketing budget in place was made to run like headless chicken. Few people were good to work with nothing specific to say on collegues. Overall never the nature of job or company that suited my ambiton or nature so had a poor experience.

Nothing. It is the worst place to work in the world. I am literally pissed off by middle management and management. I really hope that after reading this review, somebody will save his career. The company doesn't support employees. HR is not professional. Lot and lot of politics.lot of daily fight between staff for survival of job.

Dislikes

All. I regret for my whole life that i had worked for them. I request all other professionals that don't join this company in any departments. They will ruin your career.

Owners r very good.they r very friendly.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10-15 hrs in a day. Managers donot value an individual's unique strengths. There is a big politics game playing by production head and planning head to make clients fool.
