Good work environment and culture. Teamwork is super, Teammates are supportive .company policies are good, appraisals are fair and tgey give good salary Time to time, salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary also two low to compare with work what we do. Career growth is slow . Everyday in the week we should extend of our shift .

Work Flexibility, diversity, A good team to exchange ideas related to security changes. Saji Nair(IT Head), was very supportive and cooperative, helping their team members in solving the issues. Overall, working with Rotomaker and its team was a very good experience.
