I gained knowledge about power plants from this company.

Dislikes

1) salary is delayed by 2 months 2) sometimes we have to spend money from our own pockets for site expenses and we wont get it back. 3) PF facility is not provided 4) no work-life balance. Have to work 12 hrs a day. 5) they wont give salary slips even if we request.

Not satisfied with work and not fixed position every time changing responsibilities and role at the same salary not given in time. And also no out timings if they rule we should stay after 6.30pm also

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
