If you want to invest in your mental health just don’t go there Micromanaging disrespectful way of treating juniors manipulating employees Nothing humanitarian for employee no flexible set up for wfh only superiors can enjoy that. Purely drainage for mental health especially if you came from a good MNC Slavery system and managers have no training to treat or manage employees
