If employee want to stay for life in one organization without any growth, Rotary is very good. But if you are passionate to work then think twice.

Professional growth is not present in rotary. Internal politics is there. Only selective people get good financial and professional growth.

The work is really good and since you are working for a good cause it keeps u self motivated

Dislikes

The mid management and the upper management are very bias they only support the old employees and don't hear to the new employees issues. The Support Center in Pune use most of their time in outings and personal shopping during office hours. Lot of politics specifically in this team. Overall they exhibit BPO mentality. Growth is very slow.

Work-life balance is great. No work pressure

Dislikes

You will not be able to learn or implement your existing knowledge. They are working on way old technology specially in testing and not even ready to accept new thing.

I am enjoying working with RIIPL. The environment is superb lots of things to learn globally, salary/appraisals are on time. No politics because the MD of our company is Brilliant, I will say that I cannot express it in words.

Dislikes

I think there is no such thing which I don't like in RIIPL.
