The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have learned lots of new things in this company. My superiors are supporting me a lot.

Dislikes

The Job involved a lot of collaboration, which was challenging for me because l generally prefer work alone. But I came to oppreciate the help of my teammates and recognised that work we produced together was of a higer quality than any one of us colud have done alone.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
