Zero Job Security LOSSES recovered by Employee salary. Company gives Good Hike but it will be debit time to time. If goes to HO for joining then joiners thinks he joined in MNC but reality is very different. Machine operator and lower grade worker are good in behavior. worker and lower staff are very punctual for job.

Dislikes

...e job in one year due to higher management experiment and their bad behaviour. This company also cut the employee monthly salary for any minor production mistake. So,this is my advice to new employees those going to join or for interview ---- Don't take chance to join such type of bad lala type company, before joining discuss with ex employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
