Zero Job Security LOSSES recovered by Employee salary. Company gives Good Hike but it will be debit time to time. If goes to HO for joining then joiners thinks he joined in MNC but reality is very different. If we comapred with faridabad LALA Company then lala organization are good as compared to Rostfrei steels.

Machine operator and lower grade worker are good in behavior. worker and lower staff are very punctual for job.

Dislikes

...e job in one year due to higher management experiment and their bad behaviour. This company also cut the employee monthly salary for any minor production mistake. So,this is my advice to new employees those going to join or for interview ---- Don't take chance to join such type of bad lala type company, before joining discuss with ex employees.
