...he work time was good, but after work if work left so the overtime was not paid. To us soo if we get atleast over time payment it's fine and good. Other wise we can work only one proper company timing.

Dislikes

Working overtime is not payed to us only we have to work simple with out a proper tools and equipment. We Couldn't work proper at the time so it's not ower fault.at least we work for OT means they have to pay some amount for that time. So i don't like in this situation

1.Providing Skill Development training for employees. 2.Conducting Events on Timely basis. 3.Team Outings 4.Annual awards & Gifts.

Dislikes

1.Heavy Partiality. 2.As per company rules Saturday & Sunday is Holiday, But management will call for every Saturday to work. 3.Everyday stay will be there 4.Management is not good. 5.Pressurized work.

Delay in appraisal and it's based on your relation with your team lead or manager. No one will know you if u work sincerely but everyone will know you if NVA and hyper active in front of management.

Aerospace and defense based manufacturing company with adopting a global culture, good support for employees and nice area, and good salary hike and bonus

Carrer growth is slow, on contract, little politics, growth only for favoured people..not able to learn new skills

Senior management is very approachable and there are lot of growth opportunities if you are willing to put the effort.

Dislikes

Company is very far from the city and there isn't any food court around other than the airport. Getting around will be trouble if you don't have a vehicle. You are left to canteen foods mercy.
