Nothing to like about this company. MD is the most third class person. Don’t fall prey to his sweet talks.

Owners treat employees like their personal house helps and maids . Hiring and firing is the culture. They play with the career of people. According to the owners except them all employees are thieves Everyone is here to loot them, typical LALA. Their sons and daughters who has 0 experience are the bosses and they dictate to the experienced professionals.

There is nothing to be liked about the company.. it is a useless company with no vision.

Zero Job security - are fired within a year (why do they hire they have no idea). No understanding of business. Employees are taken for granted. Everything is urgent. Poor People Management. So many employees were asked to leave on the same day without any reason. For e.g HR Manager was informed at 12.30 pm about her last day today & she left office by 4.30 pm. She was shocked to hear this from HR Head. AGM Marketing was informed at 4 pm about his last day & left office by 5.30 pm. There are so many such incidences.

People from MNC and other good Indian companies stay away from this company. There is no professionalism, LALA culture prevails. Lala decides who stays and who is to be fired. If you can’t lic they you don’t stand a chance. In last 3 years 3 HR heads, 1 CEO and many senior level employees has been fired because they don’t agree to LALA. Only old people and many without spine are going strong. Micro management, toxic culture and gossip machines will decide your tenure. No room for professionals only people those can do yes sir will survive. No direction, no vision. Ultimately you will question yourself what value addition you are doing as every day new strategy and every day fire fighting. Experienced people better to stay away. For best review ask ex employees on LinkedIn. Last but not least don’t fall prey to all sweet talks by LALA, HR and reviews. Ask their customers, distributors, ex employees for their true feedback.

Frequent interference from top management in day to day operations. No work life balance Unnecessary panicking in R&D work
