Working with roseate it’s a good opportunity for the freshers specially for EDP which is a Operational training program the place is having modern infrastructure many thing to learn even brand is promoting Education and training for the employees. Especially CEO is working hard to make their team to be the best in the industry.

Dislikes

Entry level employees are doing great job . But only one thing in which Roseate is failing again and again that they don’t have experienced Senoir management. They all are running for the promotions without any command of team in their hands they don’t even have a relevent experience to hold the positions .

Likes

The roseate ganges is a beautiful property however the owner don't want the spend money on the upkeep and maintenance of the property.

Dislikes

H.R policies are pathetic Your paid leave gets lapsed every year You can't adjust your leaves in your notice period Salary increment is minimal and is not based on your performance rather its done on the basis of favouritism No accomodation for HOD When you resign you will become their enemy

The thing only I like which is shift time of 9hrs .

First thing the management is not good I worked 2yrs there but I observed that the higher management is not cooperative specially the hr food quality is also poor fir staff only the good thing is staff accommodation facilities,and I observed many thing but let it be because nothing can be done but yes if you want to spend your time and don't care about future or career then you can go with this property.

I was working in the Roseate house 4 years 5 month 10 day but the will bithout notice period resignation ask me so that's why my experience 0 because of I was working hospitality industry hotel spa resort 12 years over I'll Roseate house new Delhi manag ment it's is 100 poor

Management it's poor almost always fair employee bithout notice period

Work culture was nice but the colleagues sometimes used to be angry sometimes, they even abused a lot. The stipend was best according to industry standards and maximum shifts were of 9-10 hours.

The HOS's were but confused and the HR was even more confusing
