Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I worked here for around 3yrs you have to self build yourself with new technologies trainers will also guide with free hands and after training you'll b provided projects to work on and show off your skills and techniques. Salary is also good and you can b free to express your innovative ideas with everyone and even learn from each other. Work life balance is also good as you get 2days week off and after office hours it's your personal time u can live your dreams in it.

Dislikes

During project release time work pressure is there and sometimes have to to stay post working hours.
