Best work Life balance.Less salary.As a fresher it is best company yet but if u r experienced means think twice to choose this.culture is difficult pollachi, Coimbatore type.overall 2/5 in my opinion.

Very Less salary.You will get good CTC in paper but at the end u receive only few and deduct with many reasons.

Business head and above positions are good to work. TA DA is very good. It is good for only to the people who are very need and who doesn't have skills to grow in his career

Only target, if you achieve the target it's ok otherwise u will die... HR policies are very very very worst, CTC is looks good but in hand salary is very less. Only 7 casual leaves available for entire year, no EL, no SL, no any other leave. For HR people and their policy, I will rate only 1/10. Very worst. No promotions, same profile, same responsibilities. No professional growth.

Management doesn't care about field workers... during covid almost 16 months they cut half salary of employees..all though company as good business and profit during covid... management doesn't want to share profit with employees. Poor salary structure... Second thing whenever you complete order above 30 lacs in single bill your credit taken by your seniors...so u got nothing and management saw you are performing poor...this is big shit in roots...i never recommended anyone to join roots....worst experience

... never face any like politics issue, Job security is ? Mark for each company... loots of company take their action when they are in looss but in that company during penadamic provides us half of salary. Half of salary is not good but without work/without production / without proper sales that amount as looks it was fare. I literally told you I take 7months of half salary without any work, it sounds good but I felt risky on that time. So total in the pandemic situation 10months within 2yrs I take half salary without any work. So, I think job security is not bad. Work culture is quite good not bad. Top management playing game in insensitive plan from this pandemic , still it was continued. Company policy is too critical to understand for each and every company.

Increment process is very slow 🐌. After your resignation you must have waiting of period for 3month's.
