Dislikes

- Work life balance is good but can be structured in much more better way, specially for the people who are far living from their hometown. For them the 11 days policies to come office do not benefit much unlike people residing in Chennai. Policy can be designed in such a way that all the employees get equally benefitted.

I like the abundant learning opportunity I get by working in various financial aspects of the organization. I also enjoy the collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

While the work environment is generally favourable, there are occasional challenges being faced with regard to workload balancing. I'm sure the challenges are faced as any organization grows.

I appreciate several aspects of working at Rootquotient. Firstly the company culture is exceptional, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration among the team members. HR and team are always ready to support you 24x7, whether it's professional matters or personal concerns. It genuinely feels like a family here. The best part is having a mentor alongside the manager which provides valuable guidance and support for personal and professional growth.

Dislikes

If I were to point to a downside, it would be that I believe planning can be more constructive. While it's a great place to do more, refining the planning process can enhance the efficiency of work.

Likes

I like the flexibility it provides me to complete my work. Be it time or place. The skill development and learning is also something I like about it. You're work never goes unrecognised and there is always people to help when you are stuck in your work. The agile methodology we follow makes sure the products are delivered in timely manner and that our clients are more than satisfied.

Dislikes

The one thing I dislike is opportunities for an on-site project is very low, though we have lots of international projects to work on, working on-site for the same is currently not possible.
