Salary is not competitive,it is a big drawback in working here.Another worst thing is Food that they feed here to employees,even internal HRD team would not encourage to eat inside the premises.Apart from these two this is best place to start your career.

In this company JMD Mr.V.M.Rajasekar behave like road class / fish market level speach and mis use his position. Egoistic person in the world, he can't allow to perform and he is not focusing to business development. He always encouraging spy people.

Work center like system,instruments and equipments shortage. Seniors staffs are old technological working culture. Some HOD's showing attitude and doing politics,partiality etc.

I had a very poor experience in working in this organisation the department heads need to learn how to respect their own employee specialy HR heads need to learn very poor market salary these guys spoiling many youngsters future my simple advice is to don't step out in this organisation
