Opportunity to explore yourself. No appreciation or if you would like to leave college, everyone response is so negative generally management. So much pressure on faculty even though student performance is not necessary, everytime faculty is responsible.

Unnecessary meetings without any reason just to make faculty got late for reaching their home and expect them come on time next day.unnecessary penalty.
