The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i m part of a team that market reliable, high quality products. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as well as i have to no weekends. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of d times. Also, there's no on job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
