...ont join this organization 1.wrost politics (More in middle level management) 2.No proper salary structure 3. Fake documentation (include government submission documents) 4.No statutory benifits for employees 5.No job security 6. They will not pay salary ontime 7..if you join as an trainer also they will give tele Calling's 8.cheap mentality

Well to be honest said, it was the best platform for me to polish my skills. I really appreciate to this company and my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Thanks!

... with candidates which we had to keep with them for their jobs. Growth was slow. Centre head, never didn't pay attention proper on candidate's needs. Centre head didn't value an individual's unique strengths, thats why i had to took back my suggestions most of the times

...ork culture and co ordination between the employees and company policy are good.They are giving good salary and bonus. They are taking secure protection of covid-19 life sanitaiar and social distances and in one room only 3 members must be taken place and work in the office.

House keeping workers are very humble that's the only good thing here.

... not be provided, they verbally involve terms as they require for time to time. Further, I can see Notice period employees are tortured with work load and salary holdings.
