1. No career growth , no incrementation , no salary hike but only when some one left job , to retain other they increase the KPI , which might again get reduce according to the mood of Manager's. 2. Extreme politics , communalism issue , no support to executive's all benefits and credits taken by Manager especially in Finance Department. 3. No Job training to new joiner's , have to obey strict rules as given by Senior manager , no freedom of speech or deliver your positive ideas. 4. Unsystematic work pressure.

Work Environment is Good, Culture is not satisfactory, Policies are the Very poor.

Dislikes

Teammates are Very good, Trainings are ok, No Job Security, No Career Growth, Salary packages are not good, No appraisal, Lots of Politics are there, Learning opportunities are there, Work Environment is Good, Rest of all are Bad.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year as per KPI and bonus every month as per KPI.

Nothing. Just few colleagues from Branding team were good.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Communal Senior manager Keeps on supporting bendali collegues. The finance manager is incompetent. He won't get job anywhere and hence working here. The HR team is puppet. The branding team is always upto getting some extra money from vendors. Worst workplace.

Few Senior management is cooperative with good gesture as . Colleagues were good but now all of them left the organization one by one. Once there was a Joly Department with Joly fellows named Branding Department. But due to wrong decision of Management they hire a wrong Senior manager in 2022 and the rest is history...

1.HR department is the puppet no voice they are always mute 🔕. They only ring when they are switch on and rest they do the work of admin no HR job related work. 2.Branding Department is ruined within a month due to negligence of HR for Hiring a Wrong Senior manager with no Branding experience. Selfish guy no support to his own Team,miss use his power deducut KPI for his late approval because he is busy in tour of office meetings where as he is not the right person for those meeting,always blame his team members for all the wrong decision he takes,so all the members quit the organization and some of them had changed their department too.For his selfishness he will su*k anything for the favour of him,Now he always show off official X80 Pro phone which doesn't belong to him,he even use that phone for his personal purpose whenever he goes out for tour. Untill and unless he will be there in this organization Rongsheng will not rise up. The Reason behind the downfall of Branding department of this organization.and Thanksgiving festival 2022 is the only proof of the downfall.. God bless Rongsheng from him.
