Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is very support to his workers and help to them. There is good behavior with his staff and teammates. And a another plus point in this company that my teàm mates and colleagues come from different cultures and we work together in collaboration.

Dislikes

I don't have any problem In this company but few problems i faced in this company that compare between experience and fresher staffs.
