You won’t get promotion timely, you have work 7 days a week with rotational shifts and no leaves until you get sick or urgent work . No leaves in festivals , no paid leaves and no sick leave is there. Low paying job and have to work overtime either it is work from home or working in office shifts are of hours without lunch time
