Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. In our partnership with Turner Construction I gained a great deal of practical knowledge in every phase of construction management.

Dislikes

There was no direction set to follow and the company changed objectives constantly. Very high turnover rate and company misrepresented employee's abilities. At one point (six months) I did everything in the company. Very taxing and tiring.
