... Pay scale was very low than minimum wages or necessary wages that was required. People were doing nothing than drama were earning a huge salary and package, and those who are actual working were dying. Laid off happen on very bid amount, mgt driven company in loss, more than 1000 empls are still seeking for their F&F dues since 2019, many are dead in waiting of their dues in today’s date. Empl welfare law and order are doing nothing. CIRP had taken charge, as of now i saw my name in due list on CIRP Rolta website, actual have not received and don’t know i will receive ever. I am in genuine need of my dues.

...ed me when there was no project but just to show client that we have resources! Did not pay salary for half of tenure. Did not pay full n final settlement. Laid off along with other 2k employees.

The company has almost shutdown, my salary has not been paid even after exiting since 2 years, pf is not paid to epfo account will never join such a company in my life.

The projects running in it are very good they work on GIS so in the sense of knowledge gaining it is very good place. And the TL and project Manager level to developer level employees were very good friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes

...oyee live in fear. I think this working culture does not suit for an IT company. They are in money crisis also they are not able to provide 4-5 months salary. And not able to do FNF of former employees. Freshers are having 2 years bond and Rolta is not paying salary to them from last 3 months, sometimes last 2 months; despite of these trouble Rolta is not agree to beak the bond and leave the employee so that they can join some other company.

very bad and worst organization does not nver pay salay on time,also a very cheater and fraud company.any body should never join rolta.does not deposit PF,Tax of the employee
