Likes

Nothing to like about Rolta. Join if you want to ruin your career or can wait for 3-4 months for salaries.

Dislikes

Organisation has no work culture or policies like IT, old work culture prevails with all things like leaves, expense reimbursements maintained in excels. Financial system is a mess there. Not able to pay salaries on time generally with delay of 3-4 months. Expenses incurred are not even reimbursed even after 2 years. Bond of 2 years for freshers and not even accepting payout from freshers to leave the company. No one listens to your concerns.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
