Nothing as it's pure family dominated company.I would advice everyone not to waste your career by joining this worst company as job security is less than zero.If you have ability to oiling and buttering, may be you can exist by doing a job of informer between your peers and management by giving internal information to the higher management. My worst experience with this company.

Flexible work arrangement and work from home opportunity

Dislikes

No work life balance. Need to work longer hours most of the time and the middle management team don't care at their employees at all. Customer needs is the only priority of this company. Very bad experience.

Dislikes

Marketing manager is very weird and will treat you mean unnecessarily to display superiority. Your ideas do not matter, she will implement what she has thought and will want the same to come from you. Has no sense of what the words she uses at all. Not a lot of benefits apart from insurance, and one annual lunch on Diwali. Good for Success Factors associates though.
