I have been working here for around 6 month. Best thing about this company is even I got into production, I got a chance to do research works too. For some people it may seem hard and difficult work to do but for my case its a opportunity. I am getting flexibility in doing work, implementing new things, sharing knowledge so it gives me a feel that I am doing good thing here. Overall I can say company is employee centric.

Dislikes

As a startup It may seems things are not there where it meant to be. It can create frustration and unsatisfaction. But what I feel it is not perfect why we are here to make it perfect.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
