They scammed us! Did not pay us for last 4 months! Kept lying us and with zero response and irrelevant reasons were given! Terminated more than 80 people from india team and broke contract recently on 15th.

Nothing likable apart from getting to read cool comics.

Dislikes

Politics, Favouritism, No stability, No Salary recieved after working 4-5 months. Still fighting for salary release! Fake Promises, Fake Managerment. Beware of HR who only wants referral incomes of person you referred!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
