Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing is thr to like , dont think to join this company.

Dislikes

I had extremely disappointing experience with rohan energy , very worst culture. The CEO is no better ,often speaking in manner tht is outright disrespectful & lacking basic manners.worse team members do not treat new Employees well,lack of training, guidance. Toxic atmosphere.Overall i would not recommend to anyone.
